First of all, if you need to consider a return or exchange you likely ordered an item from us. Thank you for your trust and loyalty!

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Walla Walla Clothing will exchange or refund regular-priced items within 7 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

All jewelry, underpinnings, eyewear, makeup, and nail polishes are FINAL SALE. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Promotional sale purchases (items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Walla Walla Clothing will exchange or refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

To initiate your return:

  • Go into your account and call up the appropriate order
  • Click the “Return” button on the bottom of the page
  • In the new window select the item you want to return and answer the 3 simple questions
  • Click “Send” to complete the request
  • We will contact you via email with a status on your request
  • Once you receive the “Approved” status package your item up and return it to us at the address below

Please include a copy of your order in the package and indicate if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a refund will automatically be issued. Returns will be issued after the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement.

Walla Walla Clothing Co reserves the right to refuse any return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Walla Walla Clothing (damaged or mis-shipped goods) please let us know right away so we can correct the error. We will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes. Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
